REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At KN Shopping, we follow a strict and transparent refund policy, designed to protect both customers and the business. Please read carefully before placing an order.

By ordering from our website, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. General Rule

• All products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
• Change-of-mind, incorrect selection, or preference issues are not eligible for refund or replacement.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement

A refund or replacement is possible ONLY IF:

1. Product delivered is damaged
2. Product is defective or malfunctioning
3. Wrong product was delivered

Not eligible:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size, color, or preference
• Delivery delay caused by courier
• Minor visual differences in product images

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any claim, the customer must provide:

• Continuous, unedited unboxing video showing packaging and product
• Clear photographs of the product and box

 Claims without valid proof will be rejected immediately.

4. Time Limit to Raise a Request

• All requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
• Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

5. Replacement Policy

• Approved cases will receive a replacement product only.
• Replacement is processed after verification of the claim.
• If the same product is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after claim approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
• Failed delivery due to incorrect customer details (address, WhatsApp) is non-refundable.

8. Refusal of Refund

KN Shopping reserves the full right to reject any request if:

• Policy conditions are not met
• Proof is missing, unclear, or manipulated
• Attempted misuse or repeated false claims are detected
